Warm Greetings! 
Film and Television Institute of India (Frio, Tune, one of the pioneering institutes in film making, is conducting three short time online courses for children of different age groups.
The details regarding the courses are given below:
 1. Basic Acting Workshop for Children (Online) from 31st May to 13th June 2021(14 days). Separate sessions for the students of age group 8 - 12 years and 13 - 18 years. Course Director Mr Devendranath Shankaranarayanan, a well-known performance researcher, theatre practitioner, and acting coach. 
2. Basic Film Orientation Course for Children (online) from 31st May to 5th June 2021 (6 days) for students of 10-17 years of age. Course Director: Mr Ritesh Taksande, a well-known Director, Cinematographer, Film-Maker and Media Educator. 
3. Basic Film Orientation Course for Children (Online) from 07th to 12th June 2021(6 days) for students of 10-17 years of age. Course Director: Mr Ritesh Taksande, a well-known Director, Cinematographer, Film-Maker and Media Educator. 
• The medium of instruction would be mainly in English and partly in Hindi. 
• The mode of selection would be on a first-come-first-served basis. 
• The online platform would be Google Classroom.
• The list of shortlisted participants will be published on the FITI website, and a selection email will be sent to the selected participants on their registered email id. 
• All participants would be given participation e-certificates on successful completion of the course. Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory. 
• Due date & time to submit application: 24 May 2021 6 pm (IST).  
Dear students, don't miss this unique opportunity to learn the art and craft of filmmaking by doing practical exercises like scriptwriting, shot breakdown, storyboarding, shooting, editing and presenting your film during the online screening sessions. It would help you understand the value of creative eye and hard work behind the scenes and develop storytelling. The course would also help the participants react to their surroundings in an improved and effective way; it may help the participants shape their bodies to better reflect their inner world concerning their perception of the outer world. Also, focusing on using the creative energy of the psychophysical state that you are going through during this pandemic in a meaningful way leading to better communication and interactive skills.
